"Hi, I'm Coach Lois and I want to welcome you home to Micro Recovery Plus." Our gym has been created with our athletes and families' needs and wishes in mind. My passion is to help your athlete, or you, achieve your ultimate goals. We are no longer with a franchise, so our staff has the freedom to dominate their sessions and brainstorm with you to help you achieve your ultimate outcomes. Please talk to me about our onsite and offsite recovery as well as our mindset reset program to help your athlete succeed in their sport. Dream big and know you fit here.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Paul Decker

"Hi, I’m Paul Decker, MD, co-founder of Micro Recovery Plus." I work full time as a Family Practice Physician at Neighborhood Medical Clinic. I am also the MR+ "fix it guy." If you ever see a blond-haired guy fixing equipment, securing wall panels, or working on computers, that's me. I became involved with the gym after seeing Coach Greg Saporta work with my daughter, where his observations led to an accurate diagnosis and recovery that no one else had picked up. I've seen Greg and Lois work with numerous other athletes, finding deficits and opportunities to improve their performance. Their passion is what drives our gym.

Meet the Team

Greg Saporta

Affectionately known as the “No Shenanigans” Coach, Greg has been a blessing to our local athletes. With a career spanning the Denver Broncos and two NCAA Colleges, Coach Greg brings out the best in his athletes no matter their age or experience.

He was the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Denver Broncos for seventeen years, contributing to two Super Bowl victories. A native of New York, he holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Florida.

After a career with elite athletes, Coach Greg began working with local athletes in 2018. He transitioned to his role as GM/Director of the Floor in 2024 to better train and evaluate athletes, with the freedom to help them achieve their ultimate outcomes.

General Manager/Director of Training

Julie Good

My name is Julie and I have been an athlete at heart from a very early age. As a former Division I soccer player at the University of New Mexico, I know the joy of competing.

After experiencing my own injuries and recovery through physical therapy, I knew I wanted to do that for others. I became a PT in 2000 and have continued working with both pediatric patients and athletes.

I am here to help you stay at your peak performance level to maintain the sport or activity that brings you so much joy. With hard work on using strength, range, and recovery, I can help you stay healthy on your journey. Let’s do this!
