Speed and Agility Class – Coach Led

Speed and agility training – Athletics isn’t all strength, and that’s why we offer coach led speed and agility training, so you can dominate all areas of sports!  Our custom speed class will help our athletes to move more quickly and be able to change direction quickly.  Let our expertise help you dominate in your sport(s).

Strength and Conditioning Class – Coach Led 

Strength and Conditioning primary focus is on enhancing movement quality for our athletes.  This class is a great way to transform your body and improve your athletic performance.  Conditioning class is age-appropriate lifting on our strength circuit and as the athlete grows and develops, they will be taught proper lifting to keep their bodies safe as they transition into our weight room equipment.
